Cyd Averill, Senior Communications Manager, directs ASC's public outreach division, working directly with government agencies and to support prime contractors with effective, defensible public involvement programs that translate complex information into engaging communications that inform and involve stakeholders. Her work in intergovernmental affairs, media relations, project materials and meeting facilitation has included the Newburgh Area Transportation and Land Use Study, North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority Greenhouse Gas Inventory & Forecast and U.S. EPA SmartWay Transport Partnership national trade outreach. Cyd is currently coordinating the market launch of Bus Rapid Transit with the Capital District Transportation Authority in Albany. Cyd earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Northwestern University.
