Val Dimond, Senior Writer/Researcher/Editor, is an experienced journalist, with an extensive background in writing news and feature articles for newspapers and magazines. Val delivers compelling, accurate copy on a wide range of subjects, including government health care, international trade and logistics and consumer-oriented topics. She authors a nationally distributed quarterly newsletter for the Federal Highway Administration, and recently completed a series on air quality conformity for the New York Metropolitan Transportation Council. Val holds a B.A. in Journalism from the State University of New York, New Paltz. Intent on improving her tennis game, Val hits the court in her spare time, loves taking photographs, is passionate about animal welfare, and wouldn’t dream of missing Sunday night HBO.
